Hello, my name is Jennifer Reed, CTB, CCS-IPDTA, CDT. I share my life with my wonderful 10-month-old rescue pup, Darla ❤️.

As a certified professional trainer, I provide personalized training plans at affordable rates, tailored to fit your dog's unique needs. Best of all, I bring my services to you, delivering professional, hands-on, and effective results!

My journey began 25 years ago in Guelph, Ontario, driven by a deep passion for dogs and a commitment to teaching through positive reinforcement rather than punishment.

I previously ran a thriving and successful business in Guelph, offering a wide range of services including a minimum of 12 group classes per week, agility play sessions, Fundraiser Friday play groups, private consultations, dog daycare, grooming, and a retail store.

In addition to managing a busy business, I also worked as a dementia educator and PSW, where I successfully implemented a "Bring Your Pet to Work" and pet therapy program at Schlegel Village Nursing Home in Guelph.

Now, as I rebuild my small business in Hamilton, Ontario, Leader of the Pack Touch-Free Dog Training is committed to providing personalized attention and meticulous care in every aspect of our services.

About 7 years ago, I made the difficult decision to step away from my practice after losing my beloved companions, Shadow (18) and Salem (16), just two weeks apart. It was a heartbreaking time that left me completely devastated.💔

Still, I deeply missed having a dog in my life. That’s when I adopted Darla, and she brought new light into my world. Her presence reignited my passion for dog training—helping not only dogs but also families and the wider community. Now, I’m excited to rebuild my business right here in Hamilton!

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence. My goal is to create meaningful, positive change for every dog and family I work with.
